in case it hasn't already become obvious, i'm not really around much anymore... i graduate from university at the end of semester so i've got my work cut out for me, along with working 2 1/2 jobs, taking japanese lessons and trying to maintain a social life i just haven't had a lot of time to do anything artistic for myself, let alone upload it on the internet.
i've also been going through a bit of a rage tantrum towards the crap i make, which is why i put my gallery into storage (since a lot of people have been asking me). i don't see myself pulling it out again in the near future, since most of it just makes me plain mad. especially since i've decided to call it quits with digital art, at least for now, and really try my best at working my traditional skills.
i'm also considering taking down my bookbinding tutorial... i put it up because i wanted people to be able to make their own books for creative purposes, but i've since noticed a lot of people using the tutorial for books they're making for commissions... it's kind of disappointing, because the point was not to make money from it, otherwise i never would have taken the time to write it all out and explain it, i would've just taken commissions myself and made a shit load from it without sharing it. now other people are making money from something i took the time and effort to show them. granted bookbinding doesn't belong to me, but it still gets to me. so i may or may not take it down.
basically, wah wah wah. i will still probably post stuff over on kissing-phoenix, but only when i get time to. i am now a more regular camera whore and spend some time over at www.flickr.com/people/myyellow… .
